Overview

Role: Application Support. NET | Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills

• 3+ years of Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ASP and ASP. NET, . NET Core, . NET Framework
• Experience with MS Visual Studio
• Experience with JSON
• Experience with SQL (MS SQL Server, preferred)
• Experience with Microservices
• Knowledge of Java (nice-to-have), Java
  Script, React
  JS, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with Service Management Models (AM)
• Interest in projects involving incident analysis, bug resolution, and ticketing

Responsibilities

• Participate in incident analysis and bug resolution
• Handle ticketing and issue tracking to ensure timely resolutions
