Applied AI Solutions Specialist (M/F/D) Lisboa

Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, or join us in our Lisbon office with panoramic views. As an Applied AI Solutions Specialist, you will design and deliver AI applications from concept to production. This includes building machine learning and generative AI models, developing agent workflows, and deploying solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The role is fully hands‑on and focused on creating AI systems that are used at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive, deep learning, and generative AI models.
• Build AI agents, LLM prompts, and RAG workflows for real business use cases.
• Translate requirements into working AI applications and deployable prototypes.
• Work with data and platform engineers to operationalize solutions in a cloud.
• Evaluate and optimize performance for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in applied AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Experience building ML or deep learning models (e. g. NLP, forecasting, recommendation).
• Hands‑on work with LLMs or
  - based workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or R using frameworks like Py
  Torch, Tensor
  Flow, or scikit‑learn.
• Experience working in
  - based ML environments (Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc. ).
• Strong SQL and data handling skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM orchestration tools (Lang
  Chain, Llama
  Index) or vector‑based search (Vertex AI Matching Engine, Pinecone, FAISS).
• Exposure to digital marketing, customer analytics, or personalisation use cases.
• Knowledge of governance and responsible AI practices.
