Overview

APS DTS Data Technician Production Support role at BNP Paribas CIB — provide technical and functional support to the bank's multiple applications production environments. Ensure
-
- day quality of service by resolving incidents, handling requests and monitoring production environments. Also provide feedback to users and communicate issue resolutions.

Your main activities

• Provide support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolutions
• Develop a working knowledge of the systems and business area to deliver a high level of support
• Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc. )
• Create control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure smooth work and draft ad hoc reporting
• Prepare environments for releases and ensure that implementation and
  - production tests are carried out
• Act as a reference in the function and share knowledge to train and coach others

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Client focused
• Resilience
