The APS DTS Digital Technician Production Support’s mission is to provide technical and functional support to the bank’s several applications production environments. Ensure
-
- day quality of service of production environments by resolving incidents, answering requests and monitoring production environments. In addition, it will be required to provide feedback to users and communicate on issue resolution.

Your Main Activities

• Provide support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution
• Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support
• Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc. )
• Create control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and draft ad hoc reporting
• Prepare environments for releases and ensure that the implementation and
  - production tests are carried out
• Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Client focused
• Resilience
