About the role

As a Senior AQA Engineer, you’ll ensure the quality and reliability of products by designing and executing thorough test cases while collaborating closely with development teams. This role offers the chance to apply both manual and automated testing skills, contribute to Agile processes, and influence product quality across
- based applications. You’ll gain professional growth, exposure to complex testing scenarios, and experience in a
- paced, international environment.

What you will do

• Design and execute thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements;
• Develop multiple test scenarios, including
  - traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations, to ensure robust product validation;
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction;
• Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects;
• Report bugs and errors to development teams, primarily using Jira;
• Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and other test documentation, with experience in tools like x
  Ray;
• Actively participate in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;
• Work with
  - functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience with automation testing with Python;
• Experience with Selenium;
• Will ingness to do manual testing;
• Proven experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts;
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, x
  Ray, Git
  Hub, or Git
  Lab;
• Availability to work EST hours;
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and
  - solving skills;
• Basic database knowledge (e. g. , My
  SQL, Postgres);
• Experience testing application software hosted in the cloud (AWS preferred);
• Ability to think outside the box to develop multiple scenarios and identify
  - traditional test cases to incorporate negative testing, edge cases etc. ;
• Quick learner with a passion for troubleshooting;
• Ability to
  - task and perform under pressure in a dynamic,
  - paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and dynamic approach to work;
• Excellent organizational skills, including priority management and adaptability in a
  - changing environment;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Karate;
• Experience in the technology sector, particularly within a Saa
  S company or the procurement sector, is a valuable asset.
