AR and GL ACCOUNTANT

The Position

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & GL Accountant to join our Finance team in Maia, Porto, Portugal. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and general ledger tasks such as posting journal entries and reconciliations, primarily supporting HBK France and HBK Italy.

This role is part of a global finance organization where English is the main language, and proficiency in French and Italian is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handling and posting incoming payments
• Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable through customer contact
• Maintaining accounts receivable records for aging, credits, collections, and differences
• Sending customer statements
• Managing quote approvals, order releases, credit control, and milestone billing
