We are looking for a Collections/ Financial Services Representative.

You need to be fluent in English+ Italian or French or Spanish or German.

This opportunity is for a SSC client in the Porto area.

Responsibilities:

- Credit and Collections;

- Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;

- Involvesonline and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;

- interaction with external customers and suppliers;

- Validateor complet accurate and timely reporting. Supports/researches relevant data;

- Reporting;

- Ensures required approvals are sought throughout and notifies management of any
- compliance issues as they arise.
