What You Will Have To Do

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live), email, and phone.
• Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure timely query resolution, in both Arabic and English.
• Provide
