Digital Marketing Specialist German Market (Hybrid in Lisbon)

We are seeking a German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. If you have experience in Ads Optimization, enjoy
- driven work, and want to contribute to the growth of a leading global video streaming brand, this role could be a great fit. A hybrid work model and full relocation support are available for candidates moving from within Portugal or from abroad.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Apply targeted optimization techniques and strategies to enhance performance for
  - value clients.

• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.

• Create structured keyword sets, define bidding tactics, and prepare informed budget proposals.

• Build proficiency across Google marketing products and apply
  - practice optimization methods.

• Review campaign data, identify performance trends, and deliver meaningful insights and KPI-based reports.

• Continuously experiment with and refine campaign setups to boost ROI and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• German at C2 level (spoken & written)

• Intermediate English

• At least 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization, ideally with Google Ads

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs

• Confident Excel skills (analysis, reporting, formulas)

• Analytical,
  - oriented, and capable of solving complex problems

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively

Preferred Background

• Experience in digital marketing agencies or managing international client portfolios

• Knowledge of You
  Tube Ads, mobile campaign optimization, and keyword strategies

• Exposure to the tech, media, or streaming sector is an advantage

Relocation Assistance
