Initial Schedule (Confirmed):

• Monday to Sunday

• Time window: 07:00 – 19:00

• 2 rotating shifts:

  • 07:00 – 16:00

  • 10:00 – 19:00

Future Schedule (TBC by Client):

• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

• 2 rotating days off

Candidates must be fully flexible for future 24/7 schedules.

• Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE): Fluent

• English: Fluent

NO RELOCATION – candidates must already be based in Portugal

• Paid campaign management experience (mandatory)

• Degree in Marketing or related field

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing

• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts

• Customer-service–oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Base Salary paid over 14 months

• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 per working day

• Welcome Bonus: €80 (paid over 11 months)
