Working Schedule

Initial Phase (12-hour operation):

• Monday to Sunday

• Operating hours: 07:00 – 19:00

• 2 rotating shifts:
  • 07:00 – 16:00

  • 10:00 – 19:00

Later Phase (TBC by client):

• 24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday

• Rotational shifts

• 2 rotating days off

Job Overview

We are looking for Arabic & English-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialists to join an
- site team in Lisbon. The role focuses on supporting clients using digital advertising products, managing paid campaigns, and delivering
- quality customer support in a
- paced Ad
Tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advertisers with paid digital marketing campaigns

• Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance

• Assist clients via inbound/outbound channels

• Troubleshoot issues related to digital advertising tools

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE) and English

• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing

• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising basics

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €985 per month (14 salaries per year)

• Language Allowance: €80 per month (11 months per year)
