At least 6 years of experience in consulting firm in organization and with a proven track within Corporate & Investment Banking areas or in Continuous Improvement practices in the financial
- Expertise in Global Banking and Investment Bank
Experienced in consulting, program management, transformation methodologies and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Team spirit and a constructive and collaborative mindset, with curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems, and bring value by proposing pragmatic solutions
Ability to be impactful with excellent analytical skills, to anticipate business and strategic changes
Strong capacity to adapt in complex and changing environments and ability to develop others and their skills**About the Team**Created in 2017, P4P is the internal Consulting & Transformation team dedicated to the Global Banking business. It is an organisation and management consulting firm with a strong presence in EMEA (30 employees in Paris and Lisbon), managing projects with a global reach. The team supports the Global Banking business in its transformation, managing key initiatives with a strong impact (such as on the ESG, industrialisation, globalisation of the business, etc. ). P4P is a competitive alternative to external consulting firms through its full coverage of the project value chain (from framing to implementation). P4P has developed in recent years a record track of Front-to-Back-to-IT projects. The Lisbon P4P team was, until recently, part of the C&T organization. Although now a separate and fully autonomous GB team in Lisbon, the P4P Lisbon team aims to remain part of the overall C&T environment and in close working relationship with its ecosystem. LI-Hybrid
