Customer Service German Speaker

As a customer support specialist, you will provide assistance to users of a video‑streaming platform, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Location: Alcântara, Lisbon (On‑site).

Start Date: 9 December 2025.

Schedule:

• Rotating role, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Candidates finishing shifts at midnight will have a shuttle available home.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary without experience: up to 15, 260 €/year.
• Possible signing bonus: 2, 000 €.

Relocation Package:

• Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS.
• Assistance in finding housing according to your needs.
• Relocation bonus of 2, 500 € gross paid with the first payroll cycle.
• 1, 500 € gross offered for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km from Lisbon or more).

Requirements:

• German language required.
• B2 English level minimum.
• EU ID.
• Residence card.
• Certificate of protection (issued after March 2022).
