CSG is expanding our teams in Portugal to support our Managed Services Clients. We are seeking an E2E Architect who understands the
-
- end CSG solution.

What you will be doing:

• Understand the
  -
  - end CSG solution delivered at the customer and use this knowledge to troubleshoot, drive business discussions, and identify changes.
• Provide Level 3 Support to customers by resolving technical issues and error messages in a live production environment.
• Consult with customers on application and system sizing, performance requirements, installation, and deployment.
• Review releases from development through UAT, where applicable.
• Work standard business hours with
  - call rotations outside of hours.

You should have:

• A Degree or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience in the software industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of telecom networks GSM/CDMA, billing solutions, Mediation systems.
• Basic knowledge of Interconnect Billing and Roaming business, including TAP/RAP files, TADIG, IOT Rates, AA14 rates, NRTRADE files, and DCH.
• Knowledge of mobile retail billing/subscription management.
• Expertise in analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS domain.
• Proficiency in any programming language.
• Working knowledge of Unix and application configuration/support.
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
