Junior Architectural Technologist - Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a contract position suitable for students or recent graduates without experience, with visa sponsorship available if needed. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our experienced architects and engineers to assist in the design and development of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and designs using Auto
CAD or other software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for design purposes.
- Research materials and products to be used in building projects.
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in Auto
CAD or other architectural software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Porto, Portugal.
