We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Faro. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to architectural design and construction projects. You will also oversee a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee architectural design and construction projects
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
- Review project plans and designs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven experience managing
- scale projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and
- solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a
- paced environment
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds is preferred
