Responsibilities

Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models using standard software.
Support the team in project planning, including feasibility studies, preliminary design concepts, and construction documentation.
Develop detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings.
Conduct research on building materials, innovative construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
Participate in site visits and inspections, documenting progress and identifying potential design or construction issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors, to ensure design cohesion and feasibility.
Assist in preparing reports, design presentations, and proposals for internal and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards.
Contribute to the development of conceptual design strategies and innovative architectural solutions.
Support the team in 3D visualization, renderings, and digital presentations to enhance project communication.
Assist in managing documentation and project coordination, ensuring smooth workflow between design phases.
