Full-time position for a leading cosmetics company Work from Porto, Portugal Online recruitment process We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. We're seeking Beauty Advisors to join the team in Porto! We're partnering with a leading cosmetics company and looking for talented individuals for Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate is
- oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and excels in managing telephone interactions. Responsibilities:

Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:

1. Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints. Providing excellent solutions, and service. Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. Requirements:

Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in German (C2 or C1) + Advanced English (B2);



Excellent communicationskills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions Availability to work on shifts Nice to have:

Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is preferential Knowledge and experience with digital and social media Previous experience in Customer Service What we offer Full time contract Salary without accommodation:

1462 euros gross / month Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Porto):

1093 euros gross / month Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one). Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance). FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:
