Qare is selecting the top 100 medical specialists in Portugal to participate as Authors of Clinical AI (ACAI), an international medical collaboration program where leading physicians contribute their real‑world clinical expertise to the development of structured, evidence‑based clinical reasoning models.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and validation of specialty‑specific clinical reasoning models.
• Provide structured clinical knowledge based on guidelines, best practices, and evidence‑based medicine.
• Review anonymized clinical scenarios and participate in peer‑review sessions.
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and ethical compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of clinical models as evidence and standards evolve.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (Licenciatura em Medicina).
• Accredited medical specialty in Portugal.
• Minimum 5 years of independent clinical practice post‑specialization.
• Strong evidence‑based clinical reasoning.
• Interest in medical innovation, clinical AI, and digital health.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency preferred.
• Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in Portugal.
