- You are fluent in Dutch. - You are proficient in English (B2). - Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit. - Customer-oriented mindset. - EU resident, or valid work permit. - Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required. **Your Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures. - Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure that clients are supported at all times with the right information. - Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support. **Benefits**:
