Your responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone and email
• Deliver clear product information to clients
• Offer professional advice on product use
• Manage and process warranty cases efficiently

Your profile

• Native-level French speaker with at least B1 level English
• Passionate about the automotive industry
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence
• Team player, eager to work with colleagues from all over the world

Conditions and benefits

• Contract : Long-term, renewable
  - term contract
• Working hours : Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts (Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 6 PM, 8h/day)
• Salary :
  • 1, 040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)
  • 1, 240 € gross/month without accommodation
• Relocation package :
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport
    - up upon arrival
  • Annual return flight to home country (EU)
