We are supporting an international hospitality group in the search for an Area Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple luxury properties.

Key focus:
- Drive financial performance and business growth
- Oversee
- property finance teams and reporting
- Ensure budgets, forecasts, governance & process optimization
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in senior finance roles (multi-property / regional scope)
- Solid hospitality finance background (USALI / IFRS / SAP)
- International exposure, fluent in English (Portuguese preferred)
- Strong leadership and influence at executive level

Based in Portugal, with frequent travel across properties.
