Area Manager_África
We are looking for an Area Manager – Africa to join a multidisciplinary team and drive the growth of Sogrape Wines across the continent.

Your main responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and prepare the commercial budget for Sogrape brands in Africa, ensuring alignment with central guidelines
- Review monthly forecasts and maintain regular contact with importers, distributors, and key accounts to monitor performance and identify opportunities
- Coordinate
- through activities with local partners and support field teams to strengthen distribution across
- and
- premise channels - Act as a product knowledge ambassador, communicating brand features, benefits, heritage, and equity
- Support trade shows, consumer events, brand activations, and accompany client or media visits when needed
- Prepare and share meeting reports, provide monthly activity summaries, and monitor brand and market P&Ls to ensure clear and accurate analysis
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Management
- 4-5 years of experience in sales ideally at alcohol beverages companies
- Experience and knowledge in developing businesses within African markets (ideal)
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (knowledge of French and Spanish languages will be valued)
- Capacity to develop business with autonomy, through the different market channels
- Focused on results,
- on, with good skills in planning, organizing and prioritizing - Good negotiation skills
- Capacity to establish good relationships with persons from different cultures
- Willing and able to travel and work frequently in the markets
