We're looking for a

Your tasks
- Spot opportunities & close deals - Identify and capture new business opportunities in South Portugal and Southwest Spain while growing the existing customer base
- Turn plans into action – create and execute powerful field sales strategies that deliver real results
- Grow partnerships Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner
- Stay ahead of the game – track market trends, competitors, and economic shifts to maximize sales volume, product mix, and profitability
- Celebrate success together - Collaborate with a motivated team, contributing to shared goals and celebrating success together
- Engage with clients - to understand their needs and provide solutions that strengthen our partnership
- Lead with ambition - Introduce fresh initiatives and bold sales strategies to strengthen our market presence
- Show your impact - Report monthly on sales activities and achievements in line with company KPIs
Your profile
What You Bring:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a
- driven mindset. - Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, focused on customer needs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Excellent planning,
- building, and networking abilities. - Market knowledge and experience in the assigned territory.
- Proactive in generating new leads and opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years in B2B technical sales, ideally in Material Handling.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; able to travel across South Portugal and Southwest Spain.
