Overview

Area Visual Merchandiser | Lifestyle Brand | Package up to €32, 000 + Car + Benefits. The role is a 1 year contract across the Iberia region.

Our client is a
- paced high street retailer that is expanding. You will support all retail stores in the region, assist with training and implement seasonal strategies based on global guidelines. This is a hybrid role: 1 day working from home/local store, 3 days
- based, and 1 day home working. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support all regional retail stores with visuals and
  - store presentations.
• Coach and train
  - store teams on brand aesthetics and VM practices.
• Promote product commerciality through innovative
  - store presentations.
• Utilise sales reports to drive effective floor presentations.
• Review product performance and collaborate with store managers.
• Provide feedback to global teams and maintain knowledge of competitors.

Qualifications

• Full driving license.
• Minimum 3 years within a store or area visual merchandising role.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills; a second European language is desired.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise.
