As Mission Critical Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) you interact with the customer on a regular basis in a proactive and programmatic manner. You are familiar with the solutions and customer's organization. You bring deep technical knowledge and "know me" of the overall solution and understand how it contributes to the customer's business goals. You define and own execution of architectural updates to customer's environment to meet optimization goals.
Your proactive technical work lays the foundation for a successful operation of the solution. You deliver
- oriented proactive services to ensure solution reliability, stability and optimal performance. You provide
- specific deep technical expertise. You deliver
- hoc trainings / workshops according to the customer's needs. You ensure the solution is built & run according to leading practices and provide the technical knowledge to remediate issues.

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities for this role include advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into designs for Azure solutions that align with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. In this role, you implement solutions on Azure by partnering with various other job roles, including: Developers, Administrators, Security engineers, Data engineers.
You will:
- Create and Update deep technical understanding and documentation of the customer's technology and solution (Know
Me) and Workload record(s) for their assigned solutions. - Deliver Onboarding Assessments and define and drive Delivery Plan.
