Join our team as an Arquiteto Salesforce (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Conceive robust and scalable Salesforce solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
• Define and implement the IT master plan, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to development teams and
  - users.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and propose continuous improvements.
• Deliver training on new Salesforce features and best practices to internal teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and technological advancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their digital transformation journey.
• Lead and inspire a team of technical consultants and junior architects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years as a Solutions Architect, with expertise in Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge in Salesforce development and integration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ideally holding advanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Ability to design complex technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent skills to explain technical concepts to
  - technical audiences.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical issues effectively.
• Strong ability to work closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with new technologies and evolving project requirements.
• Broad understanding of project challenges and
  - term goals.
• Mandatory: French (B2)
