Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Understanding of
   - standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of
   - time development.
3. Creative mindset open to new ideas and perspectives.
4. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
5. Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
6. Attention to visual details.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
8. Awareness of Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading projects from the art side and managing assigned artists.
2. Ensuring final delivery and quality control in line with artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
3. Creating all necessary materials from concept to final product.
4. Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules as needed.
5. Reviewing graphic materials for validity and appropriateness.
6. Implementing quality control and work process improvements.
7. Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment across teams.
