Responsibilities

• Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.
• Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
• Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.
• Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
• Create a working environment friendly and constructively for
  - team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of
  - standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of
  - time development.
• Creative mindset that is open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Having an eye for Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics.
• Communication in English.
