We are looking for an experienced Art Director to bring new artistic vision into the casino projects.

Requirements:

• 
  Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience (3-5 years) in a similar role within the i
  Gaming or gaming industry. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is desirable.
• 
  Artistic Skills: Strong artistic and design skills, with proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ). A solid understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling is essential. Any experience in 3D software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender) would be beneficial but not necessary.

  Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with game development's technical aspects, including asset optimization and file formats.
• 
  Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the creative team. Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• 
  Creative Vision: Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning designs. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive and engaging gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Work closely with the Creative Director and External Studio Art Director to help game artists implement the artistic vision for our products. Assist in establishing and maintaining the visual style, design guidelines, quality and consistency.
• 
  Contribute to creating visually compelling artwork and assets for online casino. Ensure that the creative vision aligns with the target audience and project requirements.
• 
  Review and provide constructive feedback on visual assets to ensure high quality and adherence to the project’s artistic standards.
• 
  Collaborate closely with other
  - functional teams, such as product managers, to ensure seamless integration of the artistic vision within the overall design and project development timeline.
• 
  Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies related to i
  Gaming and Casino gaming. Apply this knowledge to enhance the studio’s creative output and maintain a competitive edge.
• 
  Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the art pipeline. Propose and implement solutions to enhance the creative team's overall quality and productivity.
