We are seeking an AI Consultant to be part of an innovative project in a top tier fintech organization.

The perfect consultant should be able to perform integrations with the following tasks:

• In depth analysis of machine learning models
• strategic vision in relation to AI based digital transformation
• LLMs
• Market analysis

The focus is to help design and orchestrate virtual AI teams (multi-agent systems) that collaborate like human teams — including role assignment, task decomposition, and feedback loops — to deliver scalable, autonomous solutions.

Proven capacity and at least 1 year of experience working fulltime on AI Innovation is Mandatory.

This position requires English as mandatory and
- site work at the office (1x / week) in Porto.
