Artwork Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

- quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
In this role you will report directly to the Artwork Manager.
Location: Onsite at our Porto Office, Portugal
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the

- end coordination of the artwork process, from initial setup to final customer approval. - Provide timely updates to Product Launch, Purchasing, and Planning teams regarding artwork status.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure artwork approvals are completed within agreed timelines.
- Proactively elevate risks that may impact
- time delivery. - Ensure regulatory and customer deadlines are met for artwork submissions to local authorities.
- Provide technical support by directing production and customer queries to the appropriate departments.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support
- related processes requiring artwork input, including CCF, ASL, and BOM setup/revisions. - Maintain and update relevant SOPs as needed.
- Complete training on SOPs from other departments that impact your role to ensure
- functional understanding. - Generate and report monthly KPIs for the Artwork Group when required.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with use of multiple systems is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical c
GLP environment, with knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines, is preferred but not essential. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable and open to new responsibilities and challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
