Artwork Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

- quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

In this role you will report directly to the Artwork Manager.

Location: Onsite at our Porto Office, Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the
  -
  - end coordination of the artwork process, from initial setup to final customer approval.
• Provide timely updates to Product Launch, Purchasing, and Planning teams regarding artwork status.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure artwork approvals are completed within agreed timelines.
• Proactively elevate risks that may impact
  - time delivery.
• Ensure regulatory and customer deadlines are met for artwork submissions to local authorities.
• Provide technical support by directing production and customer queries to the appropriate departments.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Support
  - related processes requiring artwork input, including CCF, ASL, and BOM setup/revisions.
• Maintain and update relevant SOPs as needed.
• Complete training on SOPs from other departments that impact your role to ensure
  - functional understanding.
• Generate and report monthly KPIs for the Artwork Group when required.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with use of multiple systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical c
  GLP environment, with knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines, is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and open to new responsibilities and challenges.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
