Job Description

Responsabilidades do cargo

• Supervisionar e coordenar todas as atividades de construção no local, assegurando que as tarefas são concluídas de acordo com os planos, especificações e prazos.
• Gerir e liderar equipas de trabalhadores da construção civil, fornecendo orientação, formação e apoio de acordo com as instruções das hierarquias superiores (Encarregado).
• Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança no trabalho em todas as circunstâncias.
• Identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir durante o processo de construção.
• Comunicar eficazmente com os subempreiteiros e outras partes interessadas.
• Manter registos precisos e completos de todas as atividades do projeto.

Qualificações para o cargo

• Mínimo 9º ano
• Experiência mínima de 5 anos como Chefe de Equipe de obras de construção civis.
• Conhecimentos sólidos dos processos de construção e das normas de segurança.
• Excelentes capacidades de liderança e comunicação.
• Capacidade de trabalhar como parte de uma equipa e liderar autonomamente frentes de trabalho, cumprindo as diretrizes do se superior hierárquico (Encarregado).
• Fluência em português.
