Job Description:

The Aspect CTRM Analyst-Developer will be instrumental in navigating and resolving the current backlog and logjam of projects. The role requires a proactive approach to deliver user benefits swiftly and credibly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and prioritize the project backlog to identify critical paths for development.

- Develop scripts and solutions within the Aspect CTRM platform to enhance user experience and system functionality.

- Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project progression.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of the latest Aspect scripting techniques and industry practices.

- Travel internationally as needed to meet project requirements and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Aspect scripting.

- Demonstrated ability to work in
- paced and dynamic environments.

- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions.

- Credibility and knowledge to act as a subject matter expert within the team.
