Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and revision of urban development plans, aligning company activities with landscape and resource protection.
• Assist planning activities related to the definition of urban green areas and their integration with ongoing projects.
• Prepare and review subdivision and infrastructure projects, focusing on green space designs and landscaping solutions.
• Implement Norfin’s corporate ESG strategy, collaborating across teams to align sustainability goals and best practices.
• Assist in obtaining sustainability and energy efficiency certifications during planning and design phases.
• Collect and process project and construction data using GIS systems to support GRESB assessments, carbon accounting, and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance contracts for undeveloped private green areas, managing fuel breaks and water clearance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Geography.
• Knowledge or experience in ESG‑related topics.
• Understanding of green space design and its integration into tourism and residential developments.
• Knowledge of spatial planning legislation and its application in environmental and urban planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS (Arc
  GIS), and Auto
  CAD.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with European regulations and standards (CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, GRI, GRESB, Deepki) is highly valued.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to develop innovative solutions.

Location

Full‑time position based in Vila Moura, with the possibility of remote work 1 to 2 days per week.
