Asset Data Department is looking for an Asset Data Specialist.
What you will do:
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of the 2024 RARI [Articles 18, 19, and 22], as well as the delivery of LV network information under Decree-Law 15/22 to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Correct settlement errors in Analytical Accounting for the monthly closure of works for E-Redes.
- Implement inspection sheets in Maintenance Manuals within the system, promoting integration of operational asset data with management tools.
- Correct the Reconciliation Backlog of physical assets to financial assets and support Business Support for Asset Management.
- Promote quarterly data quality newsletters, ensure report compliance, and support Info
Assets to align with Asset Areas and Project Design.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably) in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Up to 3 years of professional activity in Electrical Engineering.
- Data analysis profile with strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes.
- Experience with operational or
- financial indicators relevant to the area:
- Compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements for RARI and DL 15/22.
- Adherence to CAPEX and OPEX in correcting settlement errors.
- Experience with Big Data tools/platforms like Databricks and Apache Spark for processing large datasets related to technical and financial assets.
- Application of automation techniques for data processing to ensure quality and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP in asset management to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English is an asset.
