As part of the Global Operations team within Asset Servicing, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of voluntary actions.

Your key responsabilities:
- Management of Voluntary Corporate Actions, as consolidate eligible positions and create and manage files;
- Consolidate financial information received from various providers;
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all asset servicing activities and resolve complex discrepancies and issues during the asset servicing process;
- Lead the reconciliation of asset servicing records and maintain accurate transaction records, including oversight of all reconciliation activities;
- Establish and maintain relationships with custodians and bank clients;
- Manage cash breaks related to the activity;
- Perform daily reconciliation of custodian SWIFT messages.

You must have:
- Degree in Finance or similar field;
- 2-3 years background in finance or similar area;
- Ability to work in a demanding environment;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in english;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
