Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- start="1414">• Monitor financial performance and assist with reporting and analysis- end="1490"
- start="1487">• Contribute to feasibility studies and investment assessments- end="1555"
- start="1552">• Track operating expenses (Op
Ex) and assist in managing capital expenditure projects (Cap

- site works, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met- end="1729"

Role Requirements:

- start="1943">• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance or Management- end="2026"
- start="2023">• Up to 3 years of experience (preferably in real estate, construction or related sectors)- end="2119"

- start="2187">• Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and
