Asset Management Analyst
As a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of real estate assets within the organization. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the successful implementation of strategic decisions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Your role will involve coordinating various tasks related to the definition and implementation of the asset/project Business Plan, Cap
Ex implementation, strategic planning, project management, property management and regulatory compliance.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Strategic Planning Implementation:
- Business Plan Implementation: Support the development and execution of the Business Plan outlined for each asset.
- Budget Monitoring: Track budget performance, identifying and addressing deviations or necessary adjustments.
Operational Expenditure (Op
Ex) Management
- Undertake actions necessary for maintenance, repair, or modernization/rehabilitation of the assets under management.
Capital Expenditure (Cap
Ex) Management
- Coordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.
- Ensure the launch of supervision and construction tenders in line with the business plan and monitor
- site project coordination and execution.
Existing Leasing Contract Management:
- Ensure lease management, including contractual aspects, tenant relations and rent control.
New Leasing Contract Management:
- Assist in implementing the commercial and marketing plan defined for the project.
- Participate in the negotiation and execution of new leasing contracts, ensuring alignment with the business plan objectives and regulatory requirements.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze data and assumptions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Prior experience in real estate asset management or related field is preferred.
