Main tasks and responsibilities

Participate in the management of the assets, across a wide array of areas (development, legal, marketing, commercial, financial, etc), in coordination with
- house teams, 3rd party service providers and external partners

Coordination of shared service teams with local teams

Participate in financial modelling, assumption review and board/investor memorandums to assist in management decisions and strategic reviews

Keep financial models up to date based on the latest financial information and perspectives (sales, capex, operations, debt, etc) and keep track of budget execution

Participate in the production of investor reports, assist investors with information requests related to financial matters

Keep track and anticipate the investment capital needs, prepare capital calls and capital distributions

Assist on matters related to existing financing and in securing new financings

Coordinate and mentor analysts engaged in the same projects

Role Requirements

Undergraduate and/or master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or related field

3+ years of experience in real estate investment or asset management, strategic, management or financial consulting, corporate finance positions or similar fields

Relevant financial modelling skills and real estate or hospitality knowledge will be highly valued

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power
Point

A basic understanding and skill of AI (e. g. Chat
GPT) for daily
- life

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking (especially regarding data, assumptions and strategy)

Fluent in English and Portuguese

Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking

A high degree of attention to detail and a will to constantly learn and evolve

Self-awareness and a will to constantly learn and evolve

Collaborative and open attitude, contributing to a positive culture

High sense of responsibility, project ownership and ambition to grow into a holistic real estate investment and asset manager

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid role (3 days per week in the office are expected) with a weekly presence on the project site.
