Asset Management
Role Objective:
The Asset Management - Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the
- site maintenance teams across various hotels, ensuring that hotel facilities and equipment are in perfect working condition. This professional must ensure the efficient and safe execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance services, collaborating with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the maintenance teams of all hotels under their responsibility, ensuring that all maintenance services are performed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
- Coordinate the outsourcing teams responsible for hotel service contracts.
- Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, minimizing disruptions to daily hotel operations.
- Possess the skills to coordinate and manage the central maintenance management system (Infraspeak).
- Manage the material and human resources required to carry out maintenance activities, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and spare parts are available.
- Monitor and control the maintenance activities budget, seeking
- optimization solutions without compromising quality. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Develop and train maintenance teams, promoting a collaborative and
- performance work environment. - Conduct regular inspections of the facilities, identifying repair needs, improvements, or investment opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating the interaction of maintenance teams with other hotel departments (such as front desk, housekeeping, and security) to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Prepare periodic reports on the condition of facilities, maintenance status, and corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with suppliers and external service providers to ensure the proper execution of outsourced services when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, preferably in the hospitality sector or similar environments.
- Technical education in maintenance, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities with teams and other departments.
- Knowledge of best practices in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadlines and results.
- Proficiency in maintenance management and budgeting tools.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Availability to travel between hotels as needed.
