Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of assets across development, legal, marketing, commercial, financial, etc. , coordinating with in‑house teams, third‑party service providers and external partners.
• Perform financial modelling, assumption review and board/investor memorandums to support management decisions and strategic reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial models based on the latest financial information and track budget execution.
• Produce investor reports and assist investors with financial information requests.
• Track and anticipate investment capital needs, preparing capital calls and distributions.
• Assist on existing financings and secure new financings.
• Coordinate and mentor analysts engaged in the same projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and/or master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management, strategic, management or financial consulting, corporate finance or similar.
• Relevant financial modelling skills and real estate or hospitality knowledge (highly valued).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power
  Point.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn and evolve.
• Collaborative attitude, contributing to a positive culture.
• A sense of responsibility, project ownership and ambition to grow into a holistic real estate investment and asset manager.
