RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Perform variance analyses between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Develop financial models to support
  - making and scenario evaluation.
• Prepare monthly reporting and performance indicators (KPIs) for local and corporate management.
• Support the definition and monitoring of
  - reduction plans and
  - optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, or Audit.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS365, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc. ).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a
  - oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — French is a plus.
