Assistant CRC H/F - Braga# **Assistant CRC (Centre de Relation Client) – H/F**## **Lieu : Braga (Portugal)** **Contrat : CDD renouvelable** **Horaires : Lundi au vendredi – 8h00 à 16h30**## **Rémunération : 13. 300€ brut / 14 mois**## **Votre rôle**Vous assurez la gestion des appels entrants et sortants dans le cadre du suivi des sinistres. Votre mission : contribuer à la satisfaction des assurés et des clients assureurs en apportant des réponses claires, efficaces et adaptées. **Vos missions*** Gérer entre **50 et 60 appels par jour** (entrants et sortants)* Intégrer des pièces aux dossiers sinistres* Selon la typologie de la demande et nos process internes : + Répondre ou proposer une solution adaptée + Tracer l’appel dans les outils de gestion + Orienter vers le bon interlocuteur si nécessaire**Votre profil*** Formation : **Bac à Bac+2*** Expérience : **minimum une première expérience en centre d’appels ; plateforme téléphonique ou relation client*** Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement à taille humaine**Compétences et qualités recherchées*** Sens du contact, qualité de service et écoute* Esprit d’équipe, attitude positive et curiosité* Capacité d’adaptation, gestion du stress et des situations conflictuelles* Rigueur et autonomie* Maîtrise des outils de téléphonie, CRM et logiciels de gestion* Bonne communication orale et écrite* Connaissance des processus de relation client en assurance (un plus)**Avantages :*** Travail hybride, jusqu'à 3 jours de télétravail possible* Horaires fixes : 8h00 – 16h30* Travail du lundi au vendredi* Panier repas* Primes mensuelles
