As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media, you will gather important information and monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links, identifying and troubleshooting possible issues. - Gather important information;



- Identify and troubleshoot possible issues;



- Triage requests from different entities;



- Facilitate communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners;



- Help keep relevant content on various platforms;



- Respond by email, withhigh quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy;



- Escalate any issue when needed. What you'll
- Valid Work permit for Portugal or European Union Citizenship;



- Native Polish and fluent in English (at least C1 level is mandatory);



- Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions (preferred);



- Experience with socialmedia platforms (preferred);



- Good communication skills and experience offering customer support over email (preferred);



- Passionate aboutproviding outstanding support experiences;



- Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content on various platforms;
