Your main mission will be: To support the operational excellence of the Front Office department by coordinating and supervising the team’s daily activities , ensuring exceptional guest service , efficient management of check -in and
- out processes, and the implementation of
- quality standards to deliver memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservations
- Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team
- Monitor the quality
- Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requests
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues
- Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests

Qualifications
What we expect from you :
- Strong organizational , communication , and planning skills
- Proactivity , dynamism , multitasking ability , and good time management
- Honesty , integrity , and a high sense of responsibility
- Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Customer-orientated attitude and
- depth knowledge of customer service - Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German and/or French is a plus
- Careful presentation
- Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
