- Log & manage tickets on internal platforms to ensure quality standards are met - Report on current matters that arise ensuring all get resolved timely What do we need from you? - Have a degree, preferably in the Tourism or Hospitality area.

- Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken) - Customer focused, trying to do right by the customer at all times - Strong organisation & multitasking skills to be able to balance & coordinate varying issues at different times - Have a desire to represent the company with integrity.

- Proactively be able to strategically think & solve problems - Flexibility;



each day can vary, thisrole requires agility to work either in the office or travel to a property as needs arise.

- Ability to work outside of the standard working days if needs arise, e. G.
