Located in the heart of Lisbon, Hyatt Regency Lisbon offers an upscale and dynamic work environment in one of the most vibrant cities in Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager (M/F).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (5-star hotels or resorts experience is a plus);
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage housekeeping teams and cleaning processes effectively;
• High sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills;
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Proactive and dynamic attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Rooms Manager - Housekeeping in the daily operations of the department;
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure adherence to our high quality standards;
• Ensure hygiene and safety procedures are implemented and followed;
• Assist in creating staff schedules according to operational needs;
• Manage room allocations and floor assignments based on occupancy and requirements;
• Work with operational tools such as Opera and Excel.
