We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our crew.

At Copenhagen Coffee Lab, we believe that success comes from a strong team. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, oversee staff, and ensure our guests receive an unforgettable experience. We welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds eager to make a difference, whether experienced or just starting their leadership journey.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues requiring attention.
• Manage schedule changes, employee
  - ins, and staffing matters to maintain smooth operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Step in for absent employees, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Lead by example, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks and organize daily activities.
• Conduct training and offer guidance to employees in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Resolve disputes between employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Motivate employees, recognize achievements, and encourage performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment, upholding hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide updates to the Store Manager and collaborate on operational tasks.
• Assist in managing tasks assigned by the Store Manager to ensure overall success.
• Cover Store Manager responsibilities during their absence, ensuring smooth store operations.
