Assistant Operations Manager - €50.000 - €70.000 A Year
**Who You'll Work With**:
- You will be based in our Lisbon office as part of our assistant department managing team leaders. You will oversee the executive assistant teams supporting colleagues in the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region with a focus on continuing to build and innovate a cohesive,
- class support community. You will work closely with the executive assistants manager and other operations managers. **What You'll Do**:
- You will be a people leader focused on ensuring
- class service delivery within our assistants department. - Working closely with the team leaders, you will provide clarity around strategic direction and business context for the group, linking team leaders with global department aspirations. You’ll provide support to this team in conceptual and project management, and guidance around difficult situations and discussions. You will mentor, coach and manage team leaders to ensure that assistants deliver consistently distinctive service to the eligible colleagues, ensuring timely and thorough performance evaluations for all team members. - You’ll also collaborate with the broader leadership team by driving and participating in various initiatives that may be inside or outside the department. - Additionally, you'll create and maintain an energizing,

- based culture, and a service mindset. - You will be responsible to monitor service levels and continue to develop the assistants department to ensure
- class service delivery, analyzing customer satisfaction scores and identifying key areas of focus. In conjunction with the team leaders, you will create action plans for the department's development and oversee introduction and ongoing activity around continuous improvement. You will continuously innovate our support model and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -- You'll oversee staffing of all assistants assignments including ensuring requests are responded to promptly, appropriate support assignments are made, desks are balanced to appropriate ratios/workloads and service concerns are well managed. Furthermore, you'll work with local recruiting function to ensure transparency around needs and timing and to contribute to development of sourcing and recruiting strategy for the department, identifying and implementing improvements in the interviewing and recruiting process as well as being an active member of interviewing team. - You will thrive in a highly collaborative team environment and should anticipate the need to work both within and outside of standard office hours especially during peak periods of the year. **Qualifications**:
- 3 years in a service operations
- Excellent relevant professional knowledge;
excellent grasp of department and/or comparable
- Experience leading
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel- Strong organizational
- Excellent ability to manage multiple team members as well as projects simultaneously and over longer
- Exemplary judgement and
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build partnerships and to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people to meet shared
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and to deliver

- Excellent and extensive communication and interpersonal
- Fluency in English;
knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus
